• Finished Goods and Merchandise (excluding custom items) must be in a new condition, unassembled, and in their original packaging. These purchases can be returned within 45 days with a receipt. Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges or large package surcharges are non-refundable. Refunds can be issued in the original form of payment or a Radio Flyer gift card.

• Personalized products, wagons, and go-karts with personalized names may not be returned or exchanged except when due to a product defect. Personalized products and nameplates are final sale and non-refundable. Accessories purchased as part of your customized order (canopies, storage, seat pads, gift wagon small items) in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of delivery with a receipt.

• Gift Wagons must be in a new condition and in their original packaging. They can be returned within 45 days with a receipt. A $5 restocking fee will be applied towards each Gift Wagon return.

• Tesla Model S for Kids must be in a new condition, unassembled, and in their original packaging. They can be returned within 45 days of delivery with a receipt. License plates and parking signs are final sale and non-refundable.

• Flyer™ S533 eScooters can be returned to the store within 30 days of receiving the product with a receipt. The product must be in new condition, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

As for the shipping policy, free standard shipping is offered on orders with a subtotal of $59+, before taxes. Orders below the $59 amount will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99. Some oversized items on radioflyer.com will incur a large package surcharge regardless of the order’s subtotal. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are non-refundable.
